At Villa Dundar you are surrounded by trees and flowers in the large garden and pool with the hills, mountains and bays beyond. There is beautiful birdsong, the hum of cicadas and the soothing sound of the sea washing over the pebbles on the beach – magic. It’s like living in a national park. The world famous Lycian Way hike goes right by the house and when you walk into town you are walking on it.

You dont need to have a car if you like walking. The beach is an easy walk down the hill and there are 6 restaurants. You can walk into Kas (30 minutes) and come back on the dolmuses (50p each) or taxis (4 pound) . Each morning the baker van toots his horn outside and you can buy your fresh bread.

Garden villa sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms ( 1double , 1 twin ) and both has equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

If you stay here you will spend must of your time out on the poolside or at the varenda next to the room which is just belongs to our garden villa guests. It has two bedrooms and both has LCD TV with Satelitte. Both bedrooms has airconditioning. Crisp white cotton linens and towels and plenty of blankets in storage is available.

The kitchen at double bedroom has a gas burner, electric owen, dishwasher, washing machine and a big fridge/freezer.

The kitchenette at twin bedroom has a gas burner, and a small fridge.  You can use the barbeque. Plenty of dishes and utensils, pots and pans available.

Drinking water is delivered to the house.

Villa Dundar’ Garden Villa is next to the swimming pool and it doesnt have living room.

2 bedrooms + 1 kitchen + 1 kitchenette and 2 WC & Shower.

You can eat your meals in the tables next to the room

Garden Villa is at the left side of the swimming pool. Two rooms exist. If you want to rent both of them, four people can stay at the same time. At second option, you can rent one when two people can stay.

If you stay at the second floor of Villa Dundar you will spend must of your time out on the big balcony. It has a table and chair for 6 people. Watching the sunset from balcony is unutterable. At nights the view of the lights are lovely.

The kitchen has an airconditioning for hot summer days. There is a gas burner, an electric gril and a big fridge/freezer. Plenty of dishes and utensils, pots and pans available.
There is a water cooler and drinking water is delivered to the house.
There are two bathrooms. Both of them are large enough and hot water supplied 24 hours.
There is SAT TV with English news, a nice library of books, and Scrabble. For winter months there is a fireplace and big picture windows in the living room with the same views as the balcony. The bedrooms are bright and spacious with views and crisp white cotton linens and towels and plenty of blankets in storage.

Third floor apartment is very cosy sleeping up to 4 in 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms. Again the bed rooms are air conditioned and the kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker and large fridge freeze and a living room with satelite TV. There are 2 bathrooms.

If you stay at the top floor of Villa Dundar you will spend must of your time out on the big balcony. There is a lounger, a great hammock and table and chairs. With it’s tiled floor, double french doors and vaulted wood ceiling it is like an extra living room. It is cool and shaded. At nights the views of the lights are lovely. The other balcony off the master bedroom has great views too and get the sun which would be great in cooler months. The kitchenette has a 3 hob gas burner, an electric grill and a big fridge/freezer. You can use the barbeque almost every night. There is no oven. Plenty of dishes and utensils, pots and pans available.

There are two bathrooms. The master ensuite has a small shower stall , and its useful for the extra toilet and basin. There is SAT TV with English news and nice library of books. For winter months there is a fireplace and pot belly iron stove and big picture windows in the living room with the same views as the balcony.
